www.getamotorcycle.com There are jet skis listed there from muliple dealers throughout New England. You can get a good idea of prices on there.
As far as insurance goes, price depends more on who you insure with rather than the boat. Check out
www.watercraftinsurance.com I got a real good price through them, less than $200/year.
