There's a lot more to this question. Is the raft being used instead of a mooring? Is it overnight or long term? Will the swing of the sunfish intrude on the extensions of abutters' lot lines? Etc. The P's question is vague in consideration of anchoring and mooring regulations. Better to call MP (293-2037) and have a conversation than have the forum ask open ended questions that the OP and the Forum can't answer.
