May or not be your Lakes Region provider, but earlier this evening I had some problems with Xfinity. They are usually helpful, but tonight, Sunday, a poor failure. The service rep I spoke to had no clue, so I asked for a supervisor. Went on hold for 75 minutes and then the line went dead. At least they did not interrupt every 20 seconds to tell me how important my call was. Presumably, the regular crew will be back in the morning.
