What I think happen is because there is a cluster of nails that they were changing out what was left in the gun with a full clip at the end of the day and left the remaining either on the bumper or side box of the truck and then drove out because it wasn't close to the building but in the driveway . Just a guess, doesn't stop me from shopping there just makes me look on the ground driving in
