Well, let's try this:
Moss (
discussed here previously) has caused moisture and rot on one 8" wide facia (vertical roof edge) board—which is about 20 feet above the ground. Because of localized dampness (huge tree) would anyone suggest replacing the facia with artificial lumber?
Likely, scaffolding would be required, what contractor in the Wolfeboro area would take this job?
