It came with the rest of the property, land, main house Etc so no separate price. I have another boat in there now. Prior to the house I stayed on my boat at Mountain View every weekend. I looked at a lot of property in 2003 but the boathouse was the reason I went for this one. I am fortunate and grateful that it has worked out. I think my next residence will involve a toe tag.
