I walked in with my Honorable Discharge certificate and DD214, and inquired at Home Depot's Returns counter. The manager reviewed my documentation, then asked if I had a "military ID card". (
I do, but will have to do a major search for it)
. The manager disappeared, and returned with a copy of their Internet discount-policy page, and wrote
10%-off up to $50.
