Greetings,
I am the President of Sands of Brookhurst beach association on Lake Winnipesaukee in Meredith. I have been working on a project that I think will benefit the beach association owners in Meredith.
It has been my thought for a long time that we should establish a Collaborative with the many Meredith Beach Associations.
If we could form this collaborative we could have the advantage of information sharing and the strength of numbers in dealing with local issues and state matters.
The purpose of the collaborative would be sharing of information on subjects such as;
Ø Budgeting formats
Ø Rules
Ø By-Laws
Ø Financial Management and Investing
Ø Local Contractors
Ø Property Management
Ø Insurance coverage including- general liability, property and D&O
coverage
Ø Interacting with Local and State Officials and local businesses
