This boat was made with mahogany. Originally this was not how the boat looked. It appears to me this boat was painted and was not finished with Epifanes. If it were my boat I would take the paint off down to the wood , repair those screw dimples, then refinish. In the long run you will thank yourself as to the looks and also the value. If the sides look like this they need to be done also. Use Epifanes (best out there), start with 2 coats of build then start doing the finish. Depending on how you might want it to look go for anywhere from 2 coats to 14 coats.
