Ummmm …. maybe is a portable, gas powered pump with a hose, in the bow ….. probably not the cannon style ….. is a hose ….. (?) is probably easier to aim and use a hand held hose than a cannon bolted to the boat?

The cannons are just used for spray decoration while pulling the fire dept waterski team! …. full spray ahead ….. hit it!
