Yes I am also curious about what is happening with the old Davidson Place on Moultonborough Neck Rd. It would be wonderful to see some of this open space maintained. Does anyone know what is going on there and what the plans are for development. The reference above was to the Stephenson Landscape redevelopment of the old Avery property.
