Very interesting. So in 2001 DES approved a sloped beach saying that it probably wouldn’t last and if it didn’t DES wouldn’t approve it again, is that right ? So most recently the permit approved was for a perched beach since, as expected,
the sloped beach washed away. Do I have that right??
