What a view that must be from the top of the water tower !!! Anyone know if it is accessible to the general public (if even only during construction)?? What a Photo Op -- great from where we took some in the Fall -- this would be downright AWESOME !!

Can't say much re: the view from the Observation Deck but even from the top of the hillside you can get a
great view of most of the southeast lake. Others have posted some very nice
pics from the same spot.
