I have dealt with them twice so far, (Alton location). Once for snowmobile service, and once for boat service. I was very happy with both repairs, however, I thought the boat repair was a little pricey, but they turned it around in less than 2 wks in the peak of the boating season. I was grateful for that. The snowmobile service was actually less than what I was expecting to pay, and they turned that one around in less than 2 weeks as well in the peak of snowmobile season, although I have a spare sled, so it didn't matter that much. That doesn't happen very often...!!! All in all, I have been pretty happy with them, and would use them again. One thing that I can really appreciate about them is that they did everything they said they were going to do, and there were no "surprises" that ended up costing more $ than they estimated. I don't usually have that kind of luck...
