The simple online course was the way it was done over a dozen years ago...Some people started to complain that a proctored exam was totally necessary as the online course was too easy, that's why NH changed to a proctored exam....Now it once again has changed back to an online course and is now somehow the greatest thing since sliced bread!...Go figure...
