If you have documentation that shows you were honorably separated from the service, even after only 16 weeks on active duty, you should be eligible for USAA membership. Be aware, however, that USAA has different tiers of membership, based on an individual member's military background, that can have an impact on the insurance premiums and products that are offered. You can always call USAA for a determination on what you are eligible for.
