Thanks GTXRIDER, found Clay Point on my chart. You correct, location is just
south of Barndoor Island. Camp Alton is in the same general area.

I'll be exploring the Barndoor and Varney Islands next week, so this will be an interesting Lake estate to check out.

On the subject of the Varney Islands..... I've been boating on "Winni" for years, but never explored these cluster of islands.

Can anyone give me some information as places to anchor and swim,
preferably shallow areas with maybe a shallow sandy area ?
Also, and obstacles I should be aware of. I have a chart, but any personal
information will be appreciated!
