Belknap Tire use to maintain my fleet of trucks (130). We found it more cost effective at NE Tire.

As for personal vehicles, I buy all weather tires. Huge difference from all season tires. I personally like Nokian WRg4. I also found Goodyear WeatherReady tires a good all weather tire, but the ride is a little harse. Another tire is the Firestone Weathergrip. I don't have experience with this.
