Great food, but be prepared for a wait. They are only open on weekends and all the locals know the place well. 
Some weekend you get lucky and they will be boiling down syrup in the room attached to the dining area ad will let you come in for a self tour.

We were there at 7:30 Saturday (this past—Columbus Day weekend) and were second in line. I like that they have a sign-in, so you can walk around a bit and check out the syrup process.
