It looks like a pyramid scheme. If I go on the website you provided a link to, I can be a reseller if I buy 20 units. The website owner can help with setting up your own website as a reseller (for a fee, I believe). I can also have resellers from my site. And those new resellers can also have resellers as well.
I would be wary of this and will stay with ABB and YouTubeTV.
