Also, what about parking? Are the owners of the condos going to be able to park in the public parking spaces 24 hours a day or are there spaces set aside for the owners/guests?

There had been a rumor flying around town about a problem with the septic system and that is supposedly why no one would buy it. Question was posed to building inspector when there was some thought about getting the property for a community center, and how much of a problem was the septic, and how much to repair it. Word then was that there was no problem with the septic.
I thought I read in one of the articles about the purchase that there were parking spaces that would be allocated for each condo unit. Can't remember where I read it, perhaps it is just a gray pigment of my imagination
