There is a marker under the surface just north of Sandy Point not far off the RT. 11 shore (Mt. Major Highway). I think is was used for the Alton Bay H2O Ski Club jump. I have never seen anyone snag it when fishing but than that it not a heavy trolling area.
Lots of stuff has collected on the bottom over the years.
