Cakes by Karen out of Gilford does a wonderful job. Her cakes taste delicious and are designed beautifully. She was great to work with, very accommodating and provided helpful suggestions. When I was looking in '03 The Inn at Mills Falls in Meredith had a book of some of her cakes, they may still have it as I saw she's still listed in their 'recommended services' section. We've also asked her to make anniversary cakes for us and each time they're to die for. Good Luck!
