I cut the Spectrum TV cable a year ago and all pre-worries were not relevant. For live TV, I use YouTube TV. Yes, Patriots is there. It is nice having unlimited recordings, ability to let it find what I ask for and skip commercials for non-"on-demand" shows.

I have several streaming devices, from Roku to FireStick but prefer the Google Chromecast with YouTube TV. It is well integrated with YTTV and the remote works well. If you want to use YTTV on more than three TV's at the same time, you need to go with the 4K subscription.

Of course, the cord is not completely cut. Spectrum Internet works well. I pay for 100/10 but regularly get 115/12. It occasionally goes down, but what service doesn't?
