Closed for about 30-months since mid-March 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the water exercise classes in the 90-degree warm, early morning, brilliant sunshine illuminated indoor pool in Plymouth, up up and above Walmart, is reopening on Monday, October 31 with two 6-week classes. You know that bright early morning winter sunshine always shines down strong on these early morning pool, water exercise classes at Mid-State Health what with those large windows and that hill top location, facing to the east! So, come on up and get busy jumping jack around in this 90-degree warm indoor pool and go get healthy, today, at Mid-State Health with Instructor Sergeant Brook instructing these two classes .......... hut-hut-hut! ........ go-Brook-go!

Monday - Wednesday - Friday:
7-8am; H2O Cardio, higher intensity
8-9am; Aqua Flow, lower intensity
Price: $200/six weeks, with space limited to eight people per class
