Hey Carguy,
Check out the chili EVERYWHERE. There are so many recipes that you can't imagine the taste variations. I've had soooo many, and Steve's was in the top 10 for a mild/warm variation. I know folks who won't even try chili for fear of to hot!!! Most public gatherings won't inspire the chef to burn their their guests palates and hence Steve's entry. Chili testing is one of the fun hobbies that you can do part time. BTW, part of the testing is the after effect... there was none ... a 10 as far as my scoring goes. Good job SteveA.
