Equivalent-size lake with no speed limit. Was there a boating forum that
didn't carry "the incident" country-wide? (Maybe world-wide?)
Now I'm reading that Commissioner Flynn (with four more years left on his appointment by the governor), needs to reach the S/L decision. That's
