On August 26th I am flying from Laconia to Martha's Vineyard on a private airplane. For free!
My flying instructor from when I got a Private Pilot's License in 1996 became a friend and has access to an airplane he can use anytime, including fuel, for free. He is dropping me off for a few days and then picking me up for the return to Laconia.
That is way easier and much quicker than taking the ferry. We have done it before, it takes about 45 minutes.
Sort of private flying but I don't think it qualifies for the points!
