Mountain View Yacht Club gas dock is open to the public. 8AM-5PM until Columbus Day. I'm not sure what their hours are after that but they are open late in the season. You could call and ask. 603-293-0059.
Since Silver Sands gas dock was closed most of the season so many boaters discovered that right next door the MVYC gas dock was open to the public. There were also very many that had no clue that Mt. View's gas dock and ship's store was open to the public.
Although it's at MVYC the gas dock and store are run by Irwin Marine.
