How big is this boat? I think Fay's Boat Yard in Gilford has transient moorings. Docks and slips are in short supply, start looking now for 2025. "Any port in a storm" means feel free to pull into the nearest dock or duck behind an island. Prevailing winds are from the NW, but in a squall anything goes. You'll find many sailors at Fay's who can give you better info than most of us powerboaters here.
BTW, Time is running out for you to post some pictures. LOL.
