We usually choose from their "Single Side" menu which provides a main entree, a side dish of either potato salad, corn bread, or (my favorite) delicious smoked baked beans, plus a cold canned soft drink. We always get either the pulled pork sandwich, brisket sandwich, or quarter chicken (my wife's favorite). I don't think you can go wrong there.

I went there today. Sadly, they were out of ribs but the brisket, pulled pork, and chicken got the thumbs up from the family. The consensus is we need to go back and try the ribs and try the chicken from the BBQ Shak. Something to look forward to next week!
