Now I have not done anything more with Viking other than inspections but have never had a complaint. Lug nuts loosing is pretty common, that is why most places will tell you to check them after 50 or so miles. And yes on occasion I have done that I found one loose. So in short don't jump down on the place so hard just because of on incident, incidently How many lugs where loose? And if you say all then you should have noticed right away......
