I'm satisfied that rash below the knees was, indeed, "Duck Itch". It's characterized by small red welts that itch. That's what I get for working near shore for about two hours.

A different rash on the area that contacted my wading shoes. ("Croc"-design shoes). Had an itch there, with some redness, some burning, and without the red bumps of Duck Itch.

Treated both large areas successfully over a day and a half with the usual Triamcinalone acetonide, applied sparingly.

Why is the water attacking me this season?
