I may be missing it; but, when I reviewed the bill, I’m not seeing any fines for violating the law if enacted. Is this documented elsewhere? Will that need to be a separate bill?
Overall it just sounds like common sense to preserve the Lakes.
If you look at what the Lakes do for tax revenue for the state, there is a good argument that this is too little too late.
