So This past Thanksgiving weekend, there was Time to boat and nice weather to do so done here in Texas.... We covered a lot of new ground on the lake Friday.... And then Sunday stayed close to home port.... Unlike Winnipesuakee there aren't any island, just wide open water, with of course the occasional Tree farm growing up through the lake....

With that said, there are also not really any towns on the water around the lake.... Only one seems to have capitalized on that... The picture I have attached is of Rockwall harbor.... and is really the only Boating destination for eating, shopping etc. via boat.... We will be exploring soon....
