Hotel?
Some hotels/Timeshares that have pools and fitness centers allow the public to use same without being hotel guests. The pools may not be big enough for good lap swimming, so each will need to be checked. If you have enough interested people, maybe the Gunstock commissioners would add a canvas dome over their pool, that slides back in the summer? (I havew frioends wikth such a dome.)
