Name it; "Centre Harbor Ping Pong" with food and beer and wine served so people can either play ping pong or watch the games while drinking and eating.
Extend this sports and food/beer & wine venue into the Coe House with a sports bar venue with professional sports on big screens.
Is a new type of restaurant venue, a ping pong and sports bar at the olde Coe House.
Four ping pong tables in the pavilion, all year around could give this location some new energy. Who wants to play ping pong and get drunk on beer ...... a smashing idea?

You know, now that I think about it, instead of naming it the Centre Harbor Ping Pong, a better name could be the PING PONG PUB because it just sounds better and has a certain attitude and maybe over time and as it grows in popularity it could get referred to as the "P-P-P".
Like, hey there, what say we go hit the P-P-P tonight, and have some ping-pong fun.
