It’s a ridiculous bill for sure. Honestly I doubt it’s going to get far. I would estimate that 90% of our live bait comes from Maine. It would completely cripple local sporting and bait shops as well as fishing as we all know it. That simply won’t be allowed to happen in my opinion.
