Do you have even the slightest idea what your job would cost? I ask because I've been thinking of doing the same at our post & beam cottage. Sounds very similar to what you're looking at although a little bigger. Main purpose is insulation and moisture barrier. But if this is a break the bank endeavor, I'll probably refrain.
