In my opinion, if anything is going to be a big success, it can't be started in " DOWNTOWN LACONIA ". I feel people do not travel to downtown Laconia unless they have to. A tea room will not draw a large enough audience to make a living at. Laconia has changed, but not changed for the better. IMHO. I wish them well and great LUCK, but I'm also a Realist.
