Sounds like the Chinese place in Center Harbor. Is this the " NEW NORM " that everyone has to deal with now going out to dinner? Bullies will only keep acting this way if you let them. Sometime , you just need to say something right there and MAYBE get them thinking about their next visit to a restaurant. If you don't say something to them they will continue to act that way.
You can always pick out one of them pretty quickly who you should bring it up to. Most people do not want a bad confrontations, But a slight quiet discussion with the right one will de-escalate most everything.
Just don't be afraid to say something. A disturbance will NOT occur, and you'll feel pretty good about yourself for standing up to what you believe. I'm LHS class of "74 " so I have also seen the change in this area.
