I'm looking forward to a little slow down. The pluses, less traffic on the roads and the lake, less waiting to get a table in a restaurant, prices will drop as more businesses will compete for less customers, slower real estate development, all these things are welcomed after the crazy growth of the past 5 years, IMO.
