After alerting NHMP patrol boat about a wildlife-harming incident, my spies advised me that the same patrol boat pulled over a pair of Jet-Skis. He was then joined by a second patrol boat.
The "stop" ended with the NHMP patrol boat TOWING AWAY one of the Jet-Skis!
BUI?, but most likely, an under-aged operator, based on what I could see. (Yesterday, about 6PM).
