I've eaten BBQ four times in the last four weeks (don't judge, it's vacation!)—in Billerica, MA (Northeast Smokehouse); Nashville (Martin's) and Memphis (Central), TN; and Concord, NH (603 BBQ) and ALL were just warm.
I've gotta think there's something about not overcooking? Cold is a problem, of course, and sides are usually warmer, but I'm not sure I've ever gotten BBQ that's hot?
Either way, I continue to hesitate on this place given the reviews/pics and pricing.
