Sometimes it's hard to get a precise address using Google Maps Street View but I think this one is at 53 Lakeside Ave. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I include the historic image plus a screenshot from Google. This place seems to have changed quite drastically over the years. Probably no surprise for a building that is used expressly for rental purposes.
