Why do you find it "Shameful" that people do not want to sign up for and have a monthly charge on their credit card for who knows how long to be part of a web site forum??
My credit card has been hacked twice just this year alone and I am now extremely careful where I use it. Letting some unknown entity use my card month after month does not sit well with me. If you have no problem doing that more power to you but don't shame people into your way of thinking...
