So I see nothing that states that the mornings need to be owner occupied, in the permit application..... If the boat is registered to someone else it does require documentation as to why, that is so... but I am sure could be any reason, that is sensible....

But as Tom C. Points out, there is direct verbiage, that it is not to be rented... or well basically used for profit...... if it is a non-commercial permit..... Now could you get a commercial permit for a lake side property? Don't know, or am I that interested in trying to look that up....
