So the insurance companies are willing to "reward" you for being "good" with a very strict definition of being "good".

Once they are monitoring you, how long would it be before you are being punished for being "bad"? You pay an extra $75 every 4 months if you exceed the speed limit by less than 5 MPH. If you exceed it by more than 5 MPH it's $200 extra every 4 months.

Insurance is a money game and they will rig it any way they can to make more money.
