I have almost nothing in common with Governor Dutton (although he and I are both dashingly handsome and of a certain age
). Nevertheless, Yellowstone is one of the best shows on TV, and Dutton represents a very admirable old school conservatism that values rugged individualism and respect for the land and neighbors. He's not represented by the people who typically call themselves conservatives today, and most liberal ideas are foreign to him, but we could all learn a lot from him.
So don't worry about this tax that's never going to pass, but watch the show!
