I hope no one wants to change the rules of the contest. It should always be that vessels could travel between the five major ports of call on the lake.
If (God forbid) the Mount ever had financial issues or irreparable issues and it stopped traversing the lake all summer, ice out would (should) still be declared the same way, regarding the five ports of call. Right?
